Grievance Redressal Committee

The Grievance Redressal Committee has been established to uphold a transparent, fair, and inclusive academic environment. The committee ensures that the voices of students, faculty, and staff are heard and addressed in a timely and constructive manner. Our goal is to resolve concerns with sensitivity, integrity, and in accordance with institutional values and policies.

Objective

The primary objective of the Grievance Redressal Committee is to establish a fair, transparent, and structured mechanism for resolving student and staff grievances. It strives to ensure that concerns are heard and addressed with empathy, confidentiality, and a commitment to justice.

The committee works to foster a respectful and inclusive campus environment by responding to issues promptly and constructively. Whether the grievance is academic, administrative, or personal in nature, the goal is to provide timely support and resolution that aligns with institutional values.

By addressing concerns early, the committee helps prevent the escalation of issues, promotes mutual trust, and reinforces accountability at all levels. It plays a key role in maintaining harmony and enhancing the overall student and staff experience.

Scope of Grievances Handled

The Grievance Redressal Committee is empowered to address a wide range of issues that may arise during a student’s or staff member’s time at the institution. This includes academic concerns such as evaluation discrepancies, attendance issues, teaching quality, and examination-related grievances. It also covers administrative matters like delays in issuing certificates, hostel or transportation complaints, and other operational concerns that may impact the campus experience.

In addition, the committee is equipped to handle cases involving interpersonal conflicts, harassment, discrimination, or any violation of institutional policies and ethical standards. By covering both academic and non-academic matters, the committee ensures a comprehensive framework that supports the well-being, dignity, and rights of every individual on campus.
