In our campus we take maximum care in maintaining the campus with all its greenery developments so that at later date no issues could prop-up in the campus with the negative message from other colleges. As a gifted campus we have been maintaining the campus with saplings etc and with the water sources available. The students are also being educated to be nature friendly and to adequate care in maintain the campus hazardous free. As far as the disabled characters are concerned such as students ,staff members and faculty we take maximum acre in their movements concerns from place to place and to help them to have the free movement ,there are wheel chair facility ,providing slopes at joining to the stair case ,stair case grip etc at times of much necessities, for the easy movement of the disabled ,the class rooms are being shifted to the ground floor from the first floor under essential circumstances.

As canteen is a place which is providing planned nourishment with quality oriented eatables which are expected to be grubbed by all the inmates of the college as per their needs and requirements for this purpose the college management has been taking meticulous arrangements and actions in order to provide healthy eatables for all by fixing up a reasonable and subsidized rates for the eatables so that the students and faculty members do not feel anything with regard to the eatables , its price and its quality .The canteen is fitted with sufficient numbers of dining tables , chairs and cafeteria area for the nourished drinks to be consumed by the faculty and the students which are boiled with fresh milk arrived on time bound basis. The kitchen area is managed by the cooks who are well versed in cooking of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes as per the requirement of the students and the faculty. The drinking water facility is being made available in the water-carbuoys and also packaged waters from quality suppliers. The water cans are thoroughly checked and cleaned with required detergent powder from time to time so that water contamination is not found in the drinking water. The water suppliers are continuously supplying fresh water as per the indent placed by the canteen management. The canteen area inclusive of the kitchen area and the dining area or periodically cleaned with soap water so that the bees and flies are not occupying the canteen area.

The students and the faculty members are advised to utilize the canteen only at the prescribed timings not at all times to occupy the canteen area. This is being supervised by the heads of the department , other senior faculty members and also by the principal of the college .In case if any faculty is unable to visit the canteen the eatables could be packed nicely in aluminum foil pack an being distributed in their paper pack carry bag.

The college management is frequently visiting the canteen to observe the cleanliness being maintained in the canteen and if any discrepancies found in the maintenance activity, the corrective action is being instructed for the better management of the canteen area without any adverse criticism by the students especially. Further if any special occasions available and being celebrated in the college, likeable special dishes such as savoury dishes being prepared as a gesture of the events.

The Industry Institute Partnership Cell was organized in the year 2003, as continuous interaction between academia and industry. It provides a platform for both the students as well as faculty members to be aware of industry expectations from the students. This enables students to be aware of the lacunae in their skills and provides an opportunity to upgrade the skills to meet the industry requirements . It also enables Faculty to be aware of industry expectations & train students to meet these expectations. Faculty members through FDPs are also provided an opportunity to constantly upgrade their knowledge. This will enhance the Teaching Learning Process and enable the Institution to produce quality students. Such interactions can thus be of mutual benefit to the institution as well as the industry.

Implementation of mandatory internship policy for students

The internship is being considered as the vital one in our college through which the students are getting exposure to the corporate/industry field to understand the organizations, the work culture, corporate etiquette, and interpersonal relations performance advancement, managerial skills etc which are paving the path for a student t o understand the real managerial competencies. In our college the placement department has been in continuous contact various medium and large organizations who are in need of the students as interns. In this methodology, at the end of the second semester of their studies the students are being allocated to various organizations in placing the students for internships. There are few organizations paying stipend to the students during the internships. This stipend money is helping the students to manage their day to day personal expenses during the internship. The faculty members are in conjunction with the corporate to supervise the internship activities being held in the organization. There are  organizations who are much satisfied with the students internship activities, such students are identified for a n opening tin their organization with decent salary package which is called as pre placement offer.

INTERNAL QUALITY ASSURANCE CELL

The basic purpose of establishment of IQAC as a post accreditation quality sustenance measure is to develop a system for conscious, consistant and catalytic action to improve the academic and administrative performance of the institution and to assure all the stake holders about the quality and capacity building programs provided in the institution. Quality enhancement is a continuous process to channelize the efforts and the initiations of the institution towards academic excellence.

IMPLEMENTATION OF STUDENT INDUCTION PROGRAMME

INTRODUCTION

The college is started in 2003 has established itself in top 25 management colleges in Telangana with motive of producing outstanding management and technology professionals. The School of Business Management of Aristotle PG College offers a two year full time Master of Business Administration (MBA) Programme with 180 students, with the approval of AICTE and affiliated to the Osmania University.

The infrastructure, faculty, training and development facility in the college are real cutting edge of the institution. The college is gaining new heights year by year raising terminal behavior of the professional and arranging the placement in well reputed Indian and Multinational companies.

The rationale for induction was to ensure a smooth transition for the students into the University system. A total of 360 students participated in this program which was conducted from 07th – 10th December2021. Faculty and student volunteers from the department worked extensively to ensure that the induction was well organized.
